HOUSE IN BRONDESBURY PARK

The project was for a total refurbishment of this existing detatched house including the addition of a very large ground floor extension and 3-dormer loft conversion. Total cost £300,000.00. Intricate piling foundations had to be constructed under the existing building including steel beams spanning 30 feet and automated skylights.
